The bed was extremely comfy, the room was neat and brand-new with firm comfortable bed. The location was particularly good for Medicine Hat, so close to the attached restaurant so loads of seats, and the airport. It also was right near a couple food places.

The hotel was located so close to the attached restaurant so loads of seats, a back alley and the Mall. The position of the venue was perfect, scarce on everything.

The rooms are recently renovated and well-maintained with a bar fridge. the bathrooms are very nice and new, equipped with a shower. - the location is very convenient, being relatively near Windmill Garden Centre.

Everything was very good during our stay. All the services were excellent. The pool on the premises was very clean. Location: the hotel was close to the hospital and highway. Lucky that it was not too far away from Mcdonald's, offering food to go. Had supper in an attached restaurant.

My kids enjoyed the pool.
Our room was quite old, there was a big open hole in the bathroom ceiling and the light kept flickering on and off, it wouldn`t just stay lit. The door frame also pulled right off the wall when we tried to open the front door to our room.

got a decent rate compared to the others. Which was good considering we got nothing!
The site said nothing about the excerise faility being down. The service was very bad. Our daughter was sick in the night and we had no help from the front. Just nothing. We had to ask for everything. Towels, blankets, just everything. I have been treated better at a gas station when I did not get gas.

We were on route to Kanaskis, when our vehicle broke down. The hotel clerk was so helpful and told me not to worry about the checkout time we could stay until the car was fixed. This was greatly appreciated. Also, our kids loved the waterpark. This also made the vehicle breakdown easier for us.
Roof was leaking in the hotel lobby.
